Delivery Options
Following the changes to international shipping after Brexit, orders to the European Union under €1,500 will be sent with Colissimo, in collaboration with national postal services across Europe. Orders greater than €1,500 (up to €40,000) will be sent by FedEx.
All orders of any size or value up to €40,000 are sent with free, insured delivery, with a 25kg weight limit per parcel. Orders worth more than €40,000 will be dispatched in separate parcels on consecutive days.
Please note: While normally all parcels need to be signed for upon delivery, due to Covid-19 distancing guidelines this is not currently applicable.
The cut-off point for orders to be sent out the same working day is 12:00 CET. We may have to verify some details or documents as part of our compliance procedure and this may delay the dispatch of the order.
Please refer to the table below for expected delivery times. Delivery times are an estimate provided by the postal services that Colissimo coordinates with, so orders may occasionally take longer.

Order tracking is a great way for customers to follow their parcel as it travels from our vaults in Geneva, Switzerland, to whichever part of Europe you’re in, giving you peace of mind that your order is safe with whichever service you have chosen for delivery.
Please note: The delivery estimates are provided by Colissimo, their partners in each specific EU country, and FedEx. These are based on average delivery times and are occasionally longer. Your parcel is fully insured until you sign for it.*
